We did it. We found a bunch of new things that Joanna can eat with all her allergies. I am so happy and so is she. Happy Tots brand has made our day and Joanna loves having 10 different choice that will not cause her problems.

Life with 2
Only having two at home during the day is very different. But we are adjusting spending quality one on one time and together.
Becoming a dare devil. Take around 4 steps before falling down.
This kid could literally swing all day! I love giving underdogs.
Wagon rides, he is a good big brother, showing her stuff and clapping at her.

Medical I.D.
This girl finally got her medical bracelet. We got it just in case. She hasn't played with it too much and hopefully she wont. I know I will feel better with her wearing it.

1st Day of School 2014
Today is the first day of school. I am actually a little bitter about it all and wishing we had a little more summer time. But at the same time I am excited for them to start, get back into a routine, and have school fun. They were both a bit shy walking into school but once they saw their teachers and classmates they were just fine. I pray the school year goes well, that they can learn, be obedient and have fun.
My First grader has the best smile. If I could only get him to stand still long enough to really capture it.
This kid cracks me up, he is ready for Kindergarten.
My favorite oldest two at school together!

Jester Park
This afternoon it got really, really hot so we headed over to Jester Park. A park we have never been too but one I have wanted to tryout. It has a natural playscape and it did not disappoint. The kids had lots of fun roaming the little trials, checking out the plants and of course in this little pond. We were there over 90 minutes and could have stayed longer. The water was cold but the kids loved using their imaginations and having fun together.
The cool structure they worked really hard on.
My favorite little people.
Playing around.
Floating boats.
Science Center
After almost 3 years of living in Des Moines we finally went to the Science Center yesterday. I don't know why it took us so long because it was so fun. Everyone had a blast exploring and learning. We went to the Star Theater, the Get moving place was probably the best. What on Earth was filled with snakes and caves, Small discoveries and all about air.
Joanna and I by the pendulum.
The boys, especially Toby was fascinated by this.
We made rockets and then shot them, Max's got stuck int he net dozens of times, over 40 feet.
Emmeric thought this was really neat, he enjoyed moving the levers to make the balls go.
Racing lego cars, Max even won a few times.
The arch we made, way harder than it looked.
Dad making a big bubble in the bubble bay.
We built this maze, it was fun to make it work.
Working the conveyor belt. They loved when the food fell.
Building waterways trying to make lots of energy.

Iowa State Fair 2014
We went to the Iowa State Fair last night. It is fun but also a lot of work with 4 small children. We did a lot in the 3 hours we were there. We saw The Hall of flame, Animal Learning center seeing lots of baby farm animals, Varied Industries including Clifford the big red dog, Iowa Right to Life booth, Tattoos from UNI and ISU, the Super Bull, Big Boar, Big horses getting ready for the hitching contest (beautiful), Avenue of Breeds, giant pumpkins, butter cow, ate corn dogs, gyros and rice krispie treats, rode the Big Slide and enjoyed people watching.
We're going to see the butter cow but first let me take a selfie.
Corn Dogs, a must at the fair!
My favorite people by the big pumpkins.
Beautiful flowers in the Ag Building.
All of the boys took turns in the stroller, alone, with Jo or with another brother.
Ed's cousin Melissa found my name on the list of all the ISU graduates ever. Thank you Melissa for taking the time to do this! I love it.
I love this just as much as the kids.
Country School Day
Wednesday Emmeric got to participate in Country School day at the Iowa State day. It is a one room school house on the fairgrounds. He sat in a resk next to his good friend Natalie and did "school" things. They played games outside and he says he had a fun time. His favorite thing was getting a certificate.
