Week 11 was very busy in the beginning. Luckily the weather was BEAUTIFUL! Everyone had eye doctor appointments. Max started managing high school football and had band camp all week. Toby started tackle football. Joanna had a 4 day volleyball camp. 3 boys got hair-cuts and new glasses. We took Frankie to the Arboretum! Max marched in the Denver Days parade and we traveled to DM on Saturday for the State Fair.

Friday
Friday, we made it back to port. We ate breakfast and were off the ship by 815. We made it home by 6. It felt good to empty bags and sleep in our beds.
Thursday
Thursday, we spent the day at sea. Since Toby couldn't swim we found lots of other things to keep him busy. A few kids swam off and on but after all day on the beach we were a bit sun-kissed and tired. We played several rounds of shuffle boards, went to coffee with the officers. We even met the ship captain. Ed did a 2 hour tour of the ship. They had a kid fun fair full of cotton candy, games and chocolate fountain. We played Disney trivia, Star Wars trivia (we won), family mini golf tournament (we won). Had some down time in the rooms, watched "Once upon a time". Joanna and Irene went ice skating. Then packed all of our things to head home.
Wednesday
Wednesday we landed at Cocoa Cay (Royal's private island). The beaches were beautiful! The kids loved swimming in the ocean, seeing giant conch's, picking up jelly fish, watching minnows and hermit crabs, picking up shells and just enjoying each other's company. Toby did end up ripping off a toe nail which ended his beach day a bit early. Back on the ship it was Caribbean night and our family went to fine dining. It was nice one night to be served. We got a BIG family picture and even pulled off the adult males wearing the same shirt. A few kids did adventure ocean again and we watched a comedian. At the end of the night we headed to the helipad, which is about the quietest place on the ship. We star gazed and conga-ed.
