Joanna received little books, a My Little Pony, and puzzle.  

Toby got a hot wheels tub track, sword, basketball hoop and 6 Avenger figures.  

Maxie received a sword, snowball launcher, nerf gun, 2 transformers.  

Emmeric received a sword, marble maze, 2 transformers, and nerf gun.

Iowa Historical Museum

Monday we went downtown to the Iowa Historical Museum.  Emmeric had heard about in school.  It was a really neat museum.  It had a mammoth fossil that was found in D.M., exhibits about RAGBRAI, civil war, Iowan in Hollywood, coal mining and way more.  All the kids enjoyed exploring, it is something I can't believe we had never been to considering it is free and 15 minutes from our home.  Only downfall was getting a parking ticket. 

Piano Baby

For the last week you can find this baby standing at the piano playing us all a tune.

There is hardly a day Ed is here to have breakfast so it was an extra special treat Thursday morning when he was here.

Little Sheep

Max's kindergarten class did a live nativity at school today.  Max was a cute little sheep.  The class did a great job.

Christmas Concert

The boys had their school Christmas concert yesterday.  Together, their classes sang two songs.  They sounded great and did the actions.  Instead of singing Emmeric decided to whistle the songs.  It was funny and classic Emmeric.

"Silent  Night" yes, you can hear Ed & I giggling, we could hardly believe he whistled the whole thing.

Gingerbread House

Sunday afternoon, we decorated out gingerbread house.  It is something the boys look forward to and is always fun for all of us.

He was determined to get all the gumballs on.

Not sure if they decorated or ate more.

St. Nicholas Day

We read the story, we put our shoes out and the kids love their St. Nick gifts.  New pajamas for two, book, games and chocolate coins. 

Happy 32nd Birthday

Happy Birthday to this handsome Man.  We love you Eddie more than we could ever say.  Our children adore you, look up to you and love you.  I find you irresistibly cute, kind, and perfect for me.  Sorry we can't be together to celebrate but know we all love you and our wish is for another blessed year for you and us.
