Christmas Day

Christmas Day has been wonderdul. Grandma and Grandpa Schmitz came for breakfast and to watch the kids open gifts.  Everyone was so excited and loved what they got.  Emmeric received a new train engine and caboose and a Minecraft Lego set.  Emmeric and Max together got an R2-D2 sphero.  Mac got a Harry Potter Lego set and a Millenium Falcon book light with Star Wars book.  Toby got a nerf blowdart gun, 2 mini lego sets with model cars to build and an over the door basketball hoop.  Joanna got 2 Barbies, 4 princess crowns with 2 ballet outfits and a scooter.  Roman got a new big sump trucl, counting book and matchbox race car set.

Ed had his work Christmas party, Ed and I dressed up and had a blast.

Emmeric's Concert

Emmeric has a Christmas concert last night in the brand new Auditorium.  He looked very handsome and actually sang with the group this year.  The 4th and 5th graders did a great job on all their carols.

St. Nicholas 2017

St Nicholas has come and gone leaving new pajamas, personalized mugs and a treat for each of our 5 sweet children. 

Straight No Chaser

Last night, we went with Dan and Nancy to see the acapella group Straight No Chaser.  This is my 3rd time seeing them.  They were awesome.  They dis so many good songs and left us all wanting more.  Thanks for a fun night Mom and Dad.

Gingerbread Village

The kids each decorated a mini gingerbread gouse.  It was the perfect size and of course the really enjoyed designing their own.

Happy 35th birthday Ed

Ed turned 35 yesterday.  We had tons of family time, lots of homemade cards, Christmas tree hunting and fun.  You are one amazing man Eddie and we are so lucky to call you ours. 

Christmas Tree

We found a tree yesterday, the kids of course love the candy canes and big fire but the weather was beautiful and so is our tree.
