Fun with Friends

 A few weeks ago our friends invited us out to their hotel room to swim and have supper with them.  Everyone had fun and were so worn out by the end of the night.  

Hockey

We have done a lot of stuff over the the past 4 snow days one of them being hockey.  The kids think it is fun no matter who they play with.  

Rock Climbing

Saturday the kids got to go to the WRC for some swimming and rock climbing.  They all had fun in the pool and these three braved the rock wall.  Max and Joanna got nervous and came down about half way up.  Toby was brave and made it to the top two times.  He really liked climbing and wants to do it again.

Snow Days

Having 2 snow days in a row made for a lot of fun at home.  We had snow ball fights, played lots of games, read tons of books, baked cookies, played in the snow (kids built a fort) played hide and seek forever, watched movies, played electronics, ate tons of food, drank cocoa, snuggled in the heater hut and just spent time as a family.  I never heard the words "I'm bored" so I'm calling it a win.  

Pierced ears

Saturday, Joanna got her ears pierced.  She thought about doing it last weekend but backed out when her Dad told her they would put a needle through her ear.  But after further explanation she changed her mind and kept asking. She was super brave, got them pierced and didn't even cry. 

Dance Class

This girl was gifted a mini dance class by her Godmother Ashley for Christmas.  She has always loved to play ballerina and now she is enjoying the 6 week class.  She listens and participates amazingly. 

Funny Family

We had our picture taken at Lizzies birthday party.  It was fun to be silly with the props.

New Years Eve

We had a great New Years Eve.  We started the night with homemade pizzas and games.  Then Grandma & Grandpa  Schmitz came over for desert.   Toby ended up falling asleep at 10.  Joanna at 1145 and the other three stayed awake until the ball dropped.  Ed & I kissed then we all went to bed.  Cheers to 2019 and all the things it hold for our family.  

Ninja/U

We finally got to check out Ninja/U today.  The kids absolutely loved it. Nobody stopped for 2 hours.  They left just wanting to come back another day.

Pavelec Christmas

Sunday we spent the afternoon/evening at Grandma and grandpa Pavelecs.  Everyone had fun eating yummy food, playing games, watching movies, opening presents and just spending time together.  The kids came home with fun new presents and fun memories.
