Anniversary Number 4

Today we celebrated anniversary number 4.  It has been an amazing 4 years and I can only pray God will continue to bless us with MANY more years to come.
Right after he told me he loved me for the first time.

Our Wedding day 2008

On our Honeymoon in Arizona.

Us, after 4 years including  4 job changes, 3 beautiful boys, 2 houses, and 1 BIG love that gets us through it all.  I'm so glad that boy said "HI" to me across from my work station on my summer-time third shift job 8 years ago in 2004.

I'd love to stay but I really mustache...

At my cousin's wedding last weekend they had goodie bags for the kids.  Inside were these stick-on mustaches.  They were really funny.  Check out 2 of my boys with full grown man mustaches.

Toby's Baptism

Sunday, we baptized Toby at St. Joseph's in Des Moines.  It was a very intimate ceremony that took place after church with just our family.  It was a very nice ceremony and another declaration by Ed and I that we will raise our children in the Christian faith.
We baptized by immersion.  Toby loved getting in that warm water.

The Tobs is 3 months

Tobias, Toby, Tobs, Toby Baby, Toblerone, or Toaster as he can be affectionately called is 3 months old.  He is amazing, I find myself looking at him and wondering what will his voice sound like, what kind of personality will he have, how much trouble will he get into with 2 older brothers :)  This little boy  fits perfectly in our family.  He is super easy going, which you have to be with 2 BIG brothers, a Daddy who is gone a lot, and a Mommy who is trying her best to keep everyone busy, fed and happy.  He is so loved by his brothers, when they aren't shaking rattles at him, fetching things he needs or asking to hold him they are touching, kissing and literally crawling all over him.  Toby is a big boy, he loves to eat, play in his bouncer and help make meals from his bumbo on the counter.  He wakes up once during the night and can totally put himself down for nap.  He hates tummy time and having to stop eating to burp.  He loves kisses, being tickled and holding his blanket.  He has the biggest smile, I don't think he can open his mouth any wider when he does.  We all love him so much, can't wait to see the changes that will happen as he grows.

Happy Mother's Day 2012

Another Mother's Day has come and gone and was a wonderful weekend/day.  They surprised me with a beautiful card, a few cute gifts, along with lots of hugs and kisses.  I cannot imagine my life without my boys, without being a MOM.  I am grateful to be their Mother and can only hope that with Ed's help we will raise them to be respectful, loving and Godlike men.
One proud Mama and her three boys.

Parachute fun

I bought a parachute from a garage sale.  It is one of the best $15 I think I've spent.  I knew the boys would love it, I can only imagine the fun we will have with it.  Inside, outside, balls, hiding, forts, water balloons, and anything else we can think of.  It is probably the new favorite toy around here.

All three of them shirtless, under the parachute.  (I don't know why this picture is turned)
