Skating

Although he fell and held the wall most of the time he really liked it and wanted to try again.

This cutie liked skating with Mom.

He was very good at balancing and said he loved it.  I think we will have to come back.

Painter

Yesterday the 2 big boys and I went to a painting and pizza party.  This is the picture Emmeric and I made together.  It is pretty cute.

Spring Break

Today the kids and I went to the Imaginarium and Grout Museum.  They enjoyed trying out all the science things, going to the planetarium, and exploring cool war things. 

Happy 80th Birthday

Grandma Verdeen celebrated her birthday in a big way on Saturday.  She had a family meal, open house and dance with a band.  It was a lot of fun, so many people came to wish this special lady a happy birthday.    You are so sweet, kind and generous with one of the best smiles I've ever seen.  We love you Grandma and glad we could help celebrate.

Packing

Saturday we got a 15 foot U - haul and packed it with 4000 pounds of garage items.  The kids loved playing in the empty truck.  They even helped a little.  It felt good to get the process started.  Exciting and nerve-wracking to pack and move. One month and we will be in a new town and home.

Accordion

What 7 year old buys and accordion with his own birthday money?  Mine does, he is so excited.  It is pretty fun and I know he'll enjoy it.
