Father's Day

As we celebrated Father's Day I remembered when I told Eddie he was going to be a father.  The way he responded and the way he made me feel helped me know he would be a great dad.  After 6 years of being a Dad and 4 children he continually amazes me, he is the Dad I knew he would be and hopefully together we are raising respectful, responsible, christian children who will one day grow to have families of their own and think "I hope I can be as GREAT as my Dad."  Eddie you are a wonderful and loving Dad!

Jack's tree houee adventure

In our town of Pleasant Hill a man built a tree house and this morning he opened it up the public to come and see.  It was really awesome.  The boys loved it, inside it has running water, lights and a rooftop balcony.  If you want to check out more pictures click HERE.

Happy Birthday Max

This guy turned 5 today.  That is crazy, I remember the day we were induced, long labor but so worth it.  He was the cutest babe.  Since we already had a party we had just a fun day together.  Started out with breakfast and singing, then Aunt Sarah came, we went to library story time where they also sang Happy Birthday to him.   Then we came home did some crafts and went to get mocha's and cookies at Barnes & Noble.  He picked out a new Star Wars book and we ended the night with a Jimmy John's picnic at the playground.  

Max we love you, you are such a sweet boy, always willing to help out when Dad & I need you to.  You are a great BIG and little brother.  Although you can be shy at first you can always make anyone smile.  You love to play with kids and try new things.  You really enjoy riding your bike, swinging, reading any book, Clone Wars or anything Star Wars.  You love your brothers and especially Joanna.  You are super funny, a great singer and exceptionally fun.  We love you Max and look forward to your 5th year together.

Zoe came over and we blew up a bunch of small balloons and had the best time dumping them on each other and doing  about 100 other things.

Number 5 for Max

Sunday we celebrated Max's 5th birthday with a family party at our home. It was the perfect weather and super relaxed.  Complete with ice cream cake.

9 months

This little lady is 9 months today.  Hard to believe we made it this far.  She is a great fit into our busy house. Sh has tons of nicknames, Jo, Jo-Jo, Jonana,  sweetie, princess, Jo-Jo-Binks and little.  She is busy, learned to really crawl 2 weeks a go and has since been pulling up.  She still loves all her baby toys, adores her brothers especially when they are close.   Loves to be held and roughed up.  She is teething but doesn't have any yet. She is waking up once in the night but loves to sleep in her crib, on her tummy.  She makes the sweetest sounds including Da-Da.  Has started to clap and wave bye-bye.  Everyone loves her and we are looking forward to a fun summer and 1st birthday.

She has started to pull up.  On everything, steps, people, boxes, whatever will hold her weight.  She is cute but not sure we are ready for this.

Number 6

Yesterday we celebrated our 6th anniversary.  We are so lucky to have each other and celebrate this anniversary and hopefully many more to come.
